Szabolcs Ilyés – Country Manager, RegioConsult – PNO Partner Romania. Owner of a Masters in Political Science (2004), UBB Cluj – Universite de Marne la Vallee (France), and a Masters in European Business (2006), ESSCA (France). He earned his early project management experience while working with Civitas Foundation, and was the founder and the president of ErGo Youth Association, also, as vice president of the Hungarian Student Union of Cluj, he organized many social and cultural events. Owner of a Masters in Political Science (2004), UBB Cluj – Universite de Marne la Vallee (France), and a Masters in European Business (2006), ESSCA (France). During 2003-2008 he was executive manager of RegioConsult and starting with 2004, one of the main shareholders. During this time, the team gained extremely valuable project management experience while working with pre-adereation funding like Sapard, PHARE and other financial programs and managed to build a solid client portfolio. Starting with 2008 Szabolcs is the Country Manager of PNO Consultants in Romania, and following the merger of RegioConsult and PNO, a national coverage is ensured for PNO Romania, The scope of the consulted and submitted projects varies from the field of investments, consulting to regional development. In 2011 Szabolcs and his team finalized an MBO, and continued the grant consultancy activity and the investment consultancy activity with his former firm, RegioConsult. Szabolcs founded Transylvania Consult in 2005, an engineering company, which offered engineering projects services for international players in CEE, in Cluj office, with a team of 6 engineers. In 2010 Szabolcs joined to Osprey-Partners, professional M&A firm, active in Romanian market. Szabolcs is active in generating business, and helping to prove the companies added value. Szabolcs and his company stated mission is to increase the investment in Romania, and especially in Transylvania region. Szabolcs is a native Hungarian speaker and speaks fluent French, English and Romanian.
In 2002, she graduated at Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of Economic Sciences and Business Management, becoming specialized in External Trade. After graduation she worked at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Covasna. In 2004-2008 she worked in banking sector, at BRD-GSG, as customer consultant and later as the coordinator of an agency. Since 2008 she began working at PNO, and since 2010 she is the coordinator of RegioConsult’s office from Sfantu Gheorghe. She is responsible for the management of agricultural projects, rural and industrial development projects. In 2013 she worked at the Ministry of European Funds in evaluation and project management in the fields of renewable energy, as an external expert. In her spare time she is performing other activities such as climbing, cycling, skiing, gastronomy and wine tastings.
He graduated in 2004 at Petru Maior University of Târgu-Mureș, Faculty of Economics, Finance and Banking department. At first he worked as a financial advisor, and than he specialized in accounting. In 2006 he joined the founding team of Universum Consulting Company, and he worked as a co-leader till 2013. In this time interval, especially he ensured financial-, investment- and accounting advice in expansion in Romania of foreign companies. In 2013, after the merger, he joined the RegioConsult team, in project management activities and the company’s financial tasks are his main role at Târgu Mures office. His experience in project management refers to projects in rural development, agriculture, industrial development and production. He spends his free time at home – as a father of three children –, with cultural activities, with sports – skiing, cycling -, or simply enjoys spending quality, peaceful time with his family.
Csongor graduated in 2008 at Babeş-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of Economic Sciences and Business Management, becoming specialized in Finances and Banking. One year later he acquired a master’s degree in Marketing of Products at the same faculty. Then, for one year and a half, he was studying in Denmark at the International Business Academy, and obtained a bachelor’s degree in International Sales and Marketing. Since 2011 he is working as a consultant in Sfântu Gheorghe office of Regional Consulting & Management Inc. His duty is to work with small and medium sized enterprises and local governments on their projects concerning agriculture and tourism.
She graduated in 2008 at Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of Economic Sciences and Bussines Management, becoming specialized in Accounting and Management Information Systems (2008) and Masters in Management Business Development (2009). Since may 2008 she is working on the preparation and implementation of projects financed from structural funds at RegioConsult.
Forró Lívia studied Economy of Intern and International Tourism at the Romanian – American Universtity in Bucharest between 2005-2008. Between 2008-2010 she obtained a master’s degree in Business Administration of Tourism at ASE (Academy of Economic Studies). During her studies on master’s level, she started to work in textil trade (Disney Cactus Clone brand) as manager. Later she acquired experience in the field of NGOs, as head office. Currently, she works as a consultant at Regional Consulting & Management P.L.C. Her responsibilities are the following: informing the clients about grant opportunities, elaboration and management of EU projects. Beside work, she has several hobbies such as: dancing zumba, cycling and skiing; moreover she is an active member of the local Children and Youth with Diabetes Association, encouraging the activities of the association and supporting children and youngsters having diabetes.
László studied history and political sciences at the Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj Napoca between 2002-2008. In this period he led the organization of the Hungarian students of the Faculty of Political Sciences, and joined the ErGo Association, where he took part of organizing the Summer University and Student Camp at Balvanyos. He joined RegioConsult in 2006, and at this moment he is responsible for the public projects and public acquisitions.
She finished her studies in Cluj-Napoca at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Finance and Banking specialty within University Babes-Bolyai in 2012. Also here she finished MA in 2014, Corporate Financial Management specialization. Lenke is working at SC Regional Consulting & Management SA since June 2014 as a consultant. She is working on projects applied on NRDP and SOPIEC.
Bende Kinga – Management Assistant Since 2005 Kinga is a manager assistant at RegioConsult, a consultancy company with over 10 years experience in obtaining EU fundings, in strategic development and business consultancy. Betweeen 1995-2001 she worked as a manager assistant at Scantrade Romania Import Export Ltd., and between 2002-2004 at Sanirom Ltd. She studied at the Industrial Tehnofrig high school, and than she obtained a degree in basic accounting. Currently, besides her activity at Regional Consulting & Management, she is involved in the activity of Essence Process Foundation Romania at the office Cluj Napoca, organizing seminars for personal development.
Graduate of Foreign Languages and Literatures Faculty, English – Italian major. In early 2010, joined PNO Grant Consultants as Management Assistant and is actively involved in the submission of applications for funding of Regional Consulting & Management’s team, both in Bucharest and in the country.
