O dimineață interesantă și plină de activități alături de elevii clasei a X-a B de la Liceul Teoretic „Mikes Kelemen”, care au vizitat biroul nostru din Sfântu Gheorghe împreună cu profesoara Kovács Ildikó.

În timpul vizitei, le-am prezentat bazele managementului de proiect: ce înseamnă pregătirea unui proiect, cum se aplică pentru finanțare și cum se implementează în practică. Programul a fost unul interactiv – elevii au descoperit proiecte de succes, dar și modul în care gestionăm termenele, sarcinile și colaborarea în echipă.

Întâlnirea s-a încheiat cu o activitate de echipă, în cadrul căreia elevii și-au prezentat propriile idei de proiect. Au rezultat multe propuneri creative și interesante, de la dezvoltarea bufetului școlar până la renovarea Palatului Culturii. 👏

Érdekes és tartalmas délelőttöt töltöttünk a Mikes Kelemen Líceum X.B osztályának diákjaival, akik Kovács Ildikó tanárnő kíséretében látogattak el sepsiszentgyörgyi irodánkba.

A látogatás során bemutattuk a projektmenedzsment alapjait: hogyan működik egy pályázat előkészítése, mit jelent egy projekt megvalósítása, és hogyan zajlik a közös munka a gyakorlatban. A diákok betekintést nyerhettek projektkövetési rendszereink működésébe, valamint abba is, hogyan kezeljük a határidőket és osztjuk fel a feladatokat a csapaton belül.

A találkozó csapatmunkával zárult: a diákok saját projektötleteket dolgoztak ki és mutattak be. Számos kreatív elképzelés született, az iskolai büfé fejlesztésétől egészen a Kultúrpalota felújításáig. 👏

We spent an inspiring and engaging morning with students from class X.B of Mikes Kelemen High School, who visited our Sfântu Gheorghe office together with teacher Ildikó Kovács.

During the visit, we introduced the basics of project management: how projects are prepared, how funding applications work, and what implementation looks like in practice.
The session was interactive, giving students insight into successful projects as well as our project tracking systems, teamwork, and task management processes.

Am luat cu tristețe la cunoștință faptul că turnul Bisericii Reformate din Cehu Silvaniei s-a prăbușit. Suntem convinși că partenerii noștri – proiectanții, executanții și dirigintele de șantier – au depus toate eforturile profesionale și umane posibile, însă prăbușirea nu a putut fi evitată. Avem încredere că, prin solidaritate și atenție profesională, vom reconstrui atât turnul, cât și biserica, iar comunitatea din Cehu Silvaniei le va redobândi.

Szomorúan vettük tudomásul, hogy összedőlt a Szilágycsehi Református templom tornya. Meggyőződésünk, hogy partnereink, a tervezők, kivitelezők, műszaki ellenőrök minden szakmai és emberi erőfeszítést megtett, de nem lehetett elkerülni az omlást. Bízunk benne, hogy összefogással, szakmai odafigyeléssel a tornyot és a templomot is újra fogjuk építeni, és a szilágycsehiek visszakapják azt.
